My Conclusion

I love cookies and cookies helped me become overweight. In my opinion low calorie diets are not healthy. Dr. Siegal requires that you take his supplements with his cookie diet in order to get all the nutrients that you might be missing. In my opinion, lean meats, chicken, fish, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits and exercise are the only way to achieve a healthy weight loss that you can maintain forever. Cookies are for dessert or a small snack. You have to decide what you want to do and who knows it might work! Dr. Siegals website claims that people have had successful weight loss. You decide!
