There are two types of exercise that you can do, they are called aerobic and anaerobic. The first one, aerobic exercise means with oxygen. Aerobic exercise has an important role, it burns fat for fuel.
Anaerobic burns sugar for fuel. Despite common myths and old wives tales, exercise doesn't have to be extreme to provide great benefits. Even if you choose to do some kind of light exercise, you will still burn some fat.
Light exercise clears out the lactic acid, which is waste in the body, and it also stimulates your cells to regenerate themselves. To make sure you are burning fat rather than sugar, it is very important to make sure you are doing several things while exercising.
- The most important thing you can do when exercising is to breathe deeply. You should always breathe in deep into your stomach through your nose, hold it for a few seconds and then exhale through your mouth.
- You should also make sure that you are exercising at a comfortable level. You should exercise at a high intensity but still be able to carry on a normal conversation while working out. You should do this for 30 to 45 minutes a day. You will feel your energy level is higher.
There is always time to exercise even if you don't think you have the time. Thirty minutes a day can be found if you really had the desire to exercise. Even fifteen minutes a day is better that no minutes a day.
You can also use the time at your lunch break to exercise as well. You could also walk with your co workers at breaks also. The increase in your physical activity will increase your productivity at your work and you will be more on the ball for those stressful moments.
Your heart will strongly benefit from any kind of exercise. Exercise will make your heart stronger and larger. Research tells us that exercise is a huge benefit and that it can prevent almost every type of disease or ailment.
