You do not live your life in your body but you live it in your mind.  Your mind has the ability to do so much more than your body if only you were able to control the actions all of the time.  Some call this discipline while others believe it to be mysticism.  The cold reality of it all is that the person that wants to lose the weight is your mind and it is your body that resists the efforts.  If only your body and mind could just get along to achieve the destination of your weightloss journey.   Oh the possibilities!
