Fullbar Review

A review on Fullbar is really similar to any other review of other weight loss products on the market.  The product arrives on the weight loss scene full of promises but in reality the review of Fullbar just reveals it is marketing hype like all the rest of the flash in the pan products that promise you help with losing weight.  The one sure thing about Fullbar is that more than likely you will not be able to sustain permanent weight loss.  The one factor the diet masses overlook is that weight loss needs to encompass a lifestyle change that will carry you from now until the rest of your own personal forever.

Fullbar is just a temporary stop gap that will one day yield your weight loss attempt to discontinuing its use and then gaining back more weight than you had before the consumption of the first bar.   Let us follow a purchase of Fullbar from the phone until the belly and reveal how it has fared.

Ordering the Fullbar over the phone was unique in the fact that everything was/is done via voicemail.  You answer a bunch of questions and leave your credit card number in a verbal recording and hope there is no fraud or deception.  It is unnerving to order something in that fashion but there has been no recorded deception anyone has reported so the financial aspect of the order has nothing negative to report.  A voicemail is left and you do get your Fullbar product in the mail.  If you should have any issues or concerns with your order it is hard to imagine how they will be resolved when you only have the option to leave a recording.  On a recent order there was an attempt to get the free month supply if you paid shipping but that actually required you to purchase a month and then get a free month.  The heartburn over the order was that we tried to order the free month supply for $9.99 and ended up paying $50.00+ after the “free” month was applied to the month we had to pay for.  After we did not want to pay that much we gave up trying to cancel the order and paid the difference that we were not expecting.  Before we even had the product we were annoyed with the way the sale of the product occurred.  Nonetheless we provide the following review devoid of any prejudiced bias from the confusion of the voicemail ordering process.

The claim of the Fullbar is that it will mimic the effect of gastric-bypass surgery.  What the statement claims is that by eating the bar you will create a fullness that will cause you to eat less at a meal.  This fullness will cause you to consume less calories and that alone is to cause you to lose weight.  When you have actual surgery you are placing physical limitations of how much you can eat while the fullbar attempts to mimic that it falls short as do all flash in the pan weight loss diet gimmicks do for the average person.

First off there are some hefty claims this product makes but there is no research available as to how the product actually performs in testing.  There is great concern that there may be High Fructose Corn Syrup in the product.  This one ingredient is avoided by anyone who is educated in the field of weight loss.  This one ingredient is used by industries to save money and disregards the fact that it is worse than sugar because it is so hard for the body to break down.  There are even studies that link high fructose corn syrup to belly fat which is fat the masses in diet land are trying to eliminate.   Searching into those Fullbars that do not contain the syrup it was learned they contain a large amount of sugar.  Having sugar in a large amount has never been deemed as a weight loss product and it certainly is not something any dietician would prescribe.

The way a Fullbar is said to work is that before you eat a meal you are to eat a Fullbar with an eight ounce glass of water.  This is supposed to expand your stomach and send your mind the signal that says you are full and it is time to stop eating.  An interesting thing is that you are to eat two bars everyday and that alone adds almost 400 calories to your daily caloric intake.  To add to that tidbit of information those calories are loaded with sugar.  If you do not eat less food in the course of a day you will actually end up consuming more calories than before you bought the Fullbar product. This is a very real concern because being overweight is often more about issues other than having a full stomach.  All too often being overweight may be because you are a late night snacker or have no portion control common sense.  Too many people go to an all you can eat buffet and do not stop eating until they are ready to explode.  For a person that is overweight being full is not really a deterrent to continue eating.

CONCLUSION

Many people will be attracted to Fullbar because of the perceived promise of a new product that will eDiets-Celebrate a new You!help you to lose weight.  Sure many will pay the price of $50.00 a box and the end result will be sadness and grief of another weight loss failed attempt.  If you decide to do this then when you fail I would like you to know that you are not the failure, the diet was the failure.  In order for you to lose weight you will need to change your daily mental approach to not only food but also to your wellness.  You would be better off joining eDiets.com and using them for not only support but also for your ability to obtain more knowledge about how to lose weight.  Seeing that you were seeking a review of the Fullbar product is a great step because you are searching for knowledge.  When you understand and accept that true weight loss is the result of a lifestyle change that will be the day you are on the right path to losing weight and regaining true health.

It is the recommendation that you save your money on Fullbar and join eDiets.com because there are people there just like you that support one another and are doing the things that will truly result in long-term weight loss.

Good Luck!!!
