- Are you over eating and taking in too many calories? Remember that when losing weight you have to re-evaluate your caloric intake because you need less when you are smaller. Adjust your caloric intake and see if that gets the pounds to come off.
- Keep a journal of everything that you eat. This is a good idea for any weight loss plan. It is really important when you hit a weight plateau. When you write everything down and you review it, you might find you are taking in more calories than you thought..
- Are you eating enough? If you are not getting enough to eat then your body will go into a starvation mode. If you think that you’re not getting enough calories then try adding some calories everyday and see if that will quick start you back into losing weight again or pump up your exercise.
- Exercise more! If you have been exercising, then try to increase the time you spend exercising a little bit more each day. If you don’t have the time to exercise more then pump it up. Increase your weights or resistance. Start a new exercise. If you’re not exercising, now is a good time to start. Exercise and eating right is the best combination to lose weight, reach your goals, and live a healthy lifestyle.

Don't take a chance, because if you are not measuring everything, chances are that you are eating more than you think.
