I am so tired of starting and stopping exercise routines. I mean I start off really great and do the routine with the utmost confidence and obligation I can muster. Then it happens. My work schedule changes or the dog dies or a fight with the spouse gives you the excuse to stop exercising for a day or two. Then after a few days it becomes a week and then after a few weeks you start to convince yourself that you “must get back into exercising. Somewhere along the journey you wonder what happened. The weight has started to come back, you start to get winded easily again and then WHAM! You are right back to where you started and wonder how you failed…again?
Does this sound all too familiar? If it does…you are not alone.
The issue here that repeats itself, like an endless rerun of The Biggest Loser, has nothing to do with your muscles but all to do with your mind! Before you start your next well planned exercise of your body parts, let us pull over for a tune up of our mind. Let us pause and get our mind to lead. By getting our mind in the lead our body will follow.
Read on and let us begin this journey and meet the person you have always wanted to meet. Let us get in touch with the true you. Let us introduce our mind to the body we want to become. Let us shed the body we really are not happy with. Lets us begin.
