Ok, yes exercise can be fun if you have the right atmosphere and the energy to go with it. Zumba is a cardio workout that is a lot of fun, and good for you too!
Imagine yourself dancing the Cha Cha, Salsa, Merengue, the Mambo, and the Calypso. Then throw in some rock and roll, some belly dancing, and a little hip hop into the mixture, and you get Zumba! Sounds fun huh! It will have you burning calories, and making you feel like you are out on the town, and dancing at a night club.
Zumba dancing is all about having fun, and burning calories at the same time. During the beginning phases of the Zumba workout, the dance steps are taught slowly so that those just beginning the workout will be able to learn the dance routine.
As the class progresses, more and more steps are added, making the zumba workout a building block process.
