With this new diet, Atkins Advantage has made some new revisions of the original Atkins diet. It still includes the nutritional approach that Dr. Atkins put forth, they have included an exercise how to program, and motivation to keep you on the path to weight loss.

When starting the Atkins Advantage Diet, you will notice that each week builds upon the previous one, which helps you become more successful at losing weight while building more self confidence. This is all done at your pace, so that you will not fail at weight loss.

The Atkins Advantage weight loss book provides you with 12 weeks of daily meal plans that alternates carbohydrate levels. Each meal contains 20 to 80 grams of net carbohydrates.

You will also learn about the science behind the Atkins program, and why it really works. You will receive lists of allowed foods, and lists of foods that should be avoided.
