Belly Fat Diet Review
After reading the book entitles The Belly Fat Review, we here at I Choose Thin are once again sad to report that we believe this is just another in a long list of diets that really just empties your pocket book, and leaves your belly pretty much in the shape that it is right now.
We could write some glowing review, and entice you with a link to buy the book, and profit from that link. We choose to be ethical in our website, and will not link to a site that sells this book.
We feel as if the book is nothing but a marketing ploy to the uninformed that preys on their seemingly endless quest for weight loss.
The book is not the final expense as you are encouraged to join their program for a monthly fee. Once you read the book and get past the Hollywood hype you will discover that it is your basic calorie restriction diet.
You are asked to eat four times daily and only eat 400 calories at each meal. Losing weight on only 1,600 calories a day is actually a no brainer. If you ate 1,600 calories a day of just pizza you would lose weight!
One main problem with this diet is the feeling of deprivation that causes so many people to fail on what is characterized as a fad diet. This deprivation does not deal with issues that some people just merely over eat because of emotional triggers or other factors that are more thought related than physically related.
This diet plan does not address what you should do when you are in front of the TV, and want to eat because you are hungry. If you enjoy eating out, then you need to just kind of stop because there is little support in that area.
If you are not the type of person to pour out portions, and count calories then this diet is surely not for you because the requirements are seemingly endless. We will not even touch upon the concept of MUFA (MonoUnsaturated Fatty Acid), because the topic does not warrant the waste of anymore cyberspace.
Let it be enough to say that this diet is an excellent marketing ploy designed to make someone a lot of money, and will only deliver limited results. The main cause of losing belly fat will be the result of only eating 1,600 calories a day. With that amount of calories you will lose weight, and you do not need this diet plan to make that happen. Have you ever eaten at a McDonalds? A Quarter Pounder value meal is 1,229 calories. Now you can realize how little 1,600 calories a day actually are.
Another point to ponder is the claim that you have to do no exercises to lose weight on this diet. This is another ridiculous claim when a person stops to think about it for a moment.
If you were to be chained in a prison cell, and forgotten you would lose weight also, and it would have nothing to do with The Belly Fat Diet. What it would have to do with is the fact that you are burning more calories than you are consuming. The point to understand is that the key to this diet is the 1,600 calories and nothing else.
The end result is that you use more calories than you consume and that alone causes your body weight to drop. When your body weight drops your body loses weight all over and not just your belly.
It is silly to think you can start a new diet plan, and only lose weight in your belly area. Anyone who knows anything about weight loss will inform you that spot reducing is impossible. A person will only lose belly fat by eating less, and burning more calories than you eat.
You will not achieve six pack abs by eating less but you will lose weight. The weight that you lose will be equal and symmetrical all over your body. A person loses weight in the same manner as an unlit candle would melt in the sun. It gets smaller all over, and not just in one spot.
Save your money, and learn about healthy eating and portion control. You will lose weight slower, but you will lose it for the rest of your life.
Losing weight is not about dieting; it is about a healthy diet. Losing weight should not be about depriving yourself of the foods you love and enjoy. Losing weight has to be something you can accommodate for a lifetime because weight loss is not something you achieve and forget.
A true diet plan needs to include your ability to maintain your weight after you lose the weight. Fad dieting is the cause for so many people to Yo-Yo diet
which is merely an endless cycle of gaining and losing weight.
On The Flat Belly Diet you will lose weight but in the end it will only be another flash in the pan fad diet that leaves your wallet lighter, and your waistline slightly larger than when you started the diet.
Save your money on the Flat Belly Diet, and stop looking for the quick fix. Losing weight is not about dieting. Losing weight needs to be more about healthy choices and then the weight loss will not only begin but it will last for a lifetime.
