drinking water melts fatIf someone told me that they had some surprising reasons about how drinking water melts fat, I would of told them that I have some swamp land in Florida to sell ya. I did some research and found this statement to be true. Water is good for you!

What about no calorie beverages like diet soda, coffee, and tea? They aren't stored as fat but they do trigger fat storage. Satisfying your thirst with caffeine is actually dehydrating your body. Experts are telling us that obesity rates are rapidly rising, especially among children. They believe that it is directly linked to caffeine beverages.

Artificial sweeteners make the problem worse. When you digest aspartame, it is broken down into chemicals that reduce blood sugar available to our brains. When this happens we feel hungry. Something sweet can alone cause the body to crave a new supply of sugar so when something sweet hits your tongue; it begins to store circulating blood sugar in fat cells.

Concluding

I never really realized how much more food I ate when I was drinking an ice cold Pepsi. When I stopped drinking Pepsi, my body started to lose weight. I know now that if I have that occasional Pepsi I need to wash it down with lots of water.

So the solution is to DRINK YOUR WATER!
