Weight loss is so near and not very dear to my heart. I have struggled most of my adult life with my weight and bad eating habits. I have finally come to realize that there are no quik fixes to losing weight, or for getting into shape.
It has to be a commitment to yourself and no one else. If you are trying to lose weight for someone other than yourself, than you are failing yourself. You must choose thin in order to succeed.
