I truly believe I am one of the most laziest people on this earth, when it comes to exercise. I would love to lose weight, and be fit, but yet here I am sitting in front of the television wit a cold Pepsi in one hand, and something chocolate in the other.

How can it be that I want to lose weight so badly, but I am choosing to hang on to my bad habits? The main problem is I have no motivation, and I believe that this is one of the main key points to making exercise fun and easy.

There is a way to make exercise an easy habit to establish. It takes commitment, dedication, and a do it yourself attitude these days. Our lives are complicated, and very busy, and we tend to set our own health, and fitness aside thinking we will do it tomorrow.

We put ourselves, our health, and our well being on the back burner while taking care of everything else. Below are a couple of tips to get us get our rears in gear, and to get us moving.

Just moving your body is getting exercise, and it is better than doing nothing at all.

Adding Some Exercise to Your Daily Activities

This is absolutely essential in achieving a healthier lifestyle.

Just stop and think about the things in your life that you can tweak just a little just, to get in a little more exercise. You don't have to be a member at a gym, or even buy a treadmill, for that matter. Look at your life, and see where you can incorporate a little exercise.

My mom taught me that even house work can be fun and healthier. She taught me to love music. She would turn on the radio, grab a dust mop and start dancing the floor clean. My sister, mom, and I would dance our way through the whole house. Even the little simple things can make us heathier and more fit.

There are many simple ways to make exercise a habit, we just have to think about them. It really does not take a lot of motivation to get our bodies moving. We do it everyday, we just need to remember to do it a little more.

Let's choose to make exercise a habit in our lives, and choose to be healthy and fit.
