Several people have lost their heart of self worth, which in turn has stolen their motivation. People have a hard time changing, because it can be very painful and overwhelming.
Flunking out in school makes us realize we need to learn how to study harder. Debt reminds us to improve our ability to look for a better source of income. Being ashamed gives us the push to speak up and to fight for our rights, to save face from our next embarrassment.
It is a humbling experience when we experience death of a loved one, a motivating movie, or an inspiring book that will help us stand up, and motivate us to improve our lives.
With all the negativity that seems to be filling our world in these hard times, you wonder how we will ever get motivated. Below are some tips in combating the negative ions floating around and getting yourself motivated for life and success.
- Achieve Your Dreams! Avoid negative people, things, and places. Eleanor Roosevelt said, "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."
- Believe in yourself and in your talents.
- Look at things from all different directions. Look at every angle and aspect. Motivation is a determination of reaching your goals. Understanding life is like feeling the sun from all sides at the same time.
- Don't ever give up or give in! Thomas Edison failed many times before he invented the light globe. Make motivation a driving force in your life.
- Enjoy life. Life like you don't need money, treat your job like it was your hobby. Dance as if you are a woodland fairy with absolutely no worries. Love as if tomorrow will never come. Learn as if you life will continue forever. Motivation always takes place when people are happy and fulfilled.
